A proven track record of managing facilities successfully.   As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and Licensed Assisted Living Executive Director and a Regional VP, I bring experience of being on the front lines.  I know what each administrator needs to accomplish each day and the challenges they face.  Having hands-on experience turning facilities around , paying attention to the details is critical.  In addition, With a Masters in Health Care Managment, I bring education and experience successfully launching and running, as COO, a profitable Senior Living Management Company.  I have managed buildings in the Pacific Northwest, Idaho, and Colorado.  In many cases the facilities were struggling to survive, some losing a substantial amount of money, others, barely breaking even or not realizing their full potential to capture significant profitably.

Success examples include:

Bringing one facility of 180 apartments, both Independent Living and Assisted with 64 empty apartments that had steadily declined over 10 years, to 98% occupancy in 10 months.  An increase in annual revenue of over  $1 million! 

A CCRC facility that was losing approximately $700,000 per year and  within 2 years creating NOI of over a $500,000.  

An Assisted Living facility in a highly saturated market of new buildings being brought on-line in a highly competitive market, brought from 70% occupancy to FULL occupancy within a year showing an increase of 40% NOI.

And yet another facility, Independent, Assisted, and Memory Care, in a small town that had struggled for years to show significant strides in earnings and occupancy, experienced upwards to 40% earnings growth and full occupancy in Independent and Assisted with waiting lists in a little over one year.

I have enjoyed years of experience real estate development and residential home building including both multi and single family units. I have been instrumental in the development/build, working for large public and private builders in numerous  developments with deliveries over 500 units per year.  Running business operations in real estate developments and senior living facilities, has enabled me to have acquired the expertise that is paramount in bringing success to senior living facilities in order to maximize their returns and increase asset valuations along with grow operations.
